Legal Status and Tax Exemption of Hemp Seeds

We specialize in hemp seeds for planting, which are not subject to cannabis excise taxes or sales tax under both federal law and California state law. This policy outlines the legal basis for our tax-exempt status when selling hemp seeds.

When storing seeds, use the same principles as when storing pollen: separate seeds from all vegetative matter. Separating seeds from very dry buds with a kitchen metal mesh strainer makes this quick and easy. 

I have been alerted to the fact that people have been using my identity on Facebook and Instagram to try and take orders for seeds that are ONLY available on this website.

I do not take any seed orders through email or ANY social media messaging.

You can only get these seeds through this website, I do not and will not process orders any other way.
