Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but all international orders have to be paid with cryptocurrency. 

Because cryptocurrency is so new, we get a lot of questions from our customers asking where they should get their cryptocurrency and we recommend: coinbase.com

It is very easy to use from a computer or to download the application to your phone and connect to your bank. Once you do, shopping on the Internet is a lot easier.

Q: How long does it take to receive an international order?

Estimated delivery time is anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks.

Q: How long will it take to get the seeds that I order?

We are fast. Orders are packed immediately and go out the day after the invoice is paid. Sometimes an order will go out the very same day if the order is placed and the invoice is paid before 2 pm Pacific Coast Time M - F.

Q: How much is shipping?

Domestically shipping is $15 with tracking and it usually takes about 3 days to arrive. 

Q: What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an invoice.

If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency you can complete your order on the site.

If you can use cryptocurrency we ask that you do, because it will speed up your order process and your seeds will ship either the same day if your order is placed before 2 PM California time. If your order is placed after 2 PM, it will ship the next day (holidays and Sundays excluded).

Q: How long after I pay my invoice will my items ship?

After your invoice is paid, your order will ship within 24 hours, with holidays and weekends excluded.

We ship Monday through Saturday, usually if you pay your invoice by 2 PM (PST) your order will ship out that day.

Q: Do I have to pay my invoice immediately?

Yes. Please only place your order when you are ready to pay your invoice.

Q: What happens if I do not pay my invoice?

Unpaid invoices are subject to deletion after 24 hours of non-payment and the order will be canceled. Please don't take this personally, we do this in order to put back the inventory that is deducted from available inventory for an unpaid order.

If you need longer to pay an invoice, just email us and we will work with you. Communication is key.

Q: When will I receive a tracking number?

After your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via the website.

Q: Will I get a notification that my package is out for delivery?

Yes, you will also receive shipping notifications such as when your package is out for delivery.

Q: Is there an email to reach AGSeedCo.com for help with my order?

Yes, after you complete your order, the website will email you information on how to follow up by email if you have a question or a problem.

Q: What if my package does not arrive?

We go by tracking, if your order does not make it to you we will send a replacement. If your order does arrive and states that it is delivered via tracking, we would ask you to take that up with your local post office and or delivery person. 

Q: Is the package safe from rain or snow?

Yes, your package will arrive in a bubble wrapped plastic case with the seeds safely inside of a  small water-tight centrifuge tube with a desiccant inside. The package could literally be submerged in water and the seeds would still be safe and dry.

Q: How can I store seeds prior to germination?

We recommend placing the centrifuge tubes with the seeds and desiccant into a refrigerator for storage. Technically we recommend between 34° and 39°F in a humidity resistant container, such as a glass jar with desiccants inside to mitigate humidity. Mel Frank personally prefers to use 35 mm film vials with desiccants in a refrigerator for long-term storage.

Q: How long will seeds last if stored properly?

Mel Frank has had seeds retain 100% germination after 24 years of proper storage.

Q: Are the seeds regular or feminized?

All of the seeds in the Todd McCormick collection are regular seeds. Some of the varieties in the Mel Frank collection are occasionally feminized and are always marked as feminized.

Q: What happens if I forget an item and place another order before my first order ships?

We always check before we send an invoice to make sure there is not another order pending shipment, if there is, you will not be charged for shipping a second time if both of your orders can go into the same package.

Q: Do you take orders via email or Facebook messaging?

No. This is the only way to get the seeds. We are aware of scammers on social media platforms using the identities of Todd McCormick and Mel Frank and getting people to buy seeds outside of this website and to make payments via cash app and other means, but that is not us. We have been having an ongoing problem with Facebook being very slow to take down accounts that have stolen our photographs, content and videos. Please be smarter than scammers.
