This release brings together decades of careful breeding, starting with a Nevil’s Haze female I’ve grown since 2004. By selectively backcrossing this line to an Original Haze male in 2013 and again in 2014, I refined the aromatic and structural traits into what became known as ON Haze—a line known for its vibrant vigor, electric growth, and distinct Haze expression.

The Lineage: Haze Forward, Structure Controlled

The ON Haze x Original Haze female used in this cross represents the culmination of multiple generations of Haze-forward selection, chosen for its aromatic complexity, resin content, and personal preference—it remains one of my all-time favorite plants to grow and smoke.

To balance the stretch and flowering time typical of equatorial lines, this hybrid introduces Northern Lights #2, a broadleaf Afghan-based cultivar known for its fast finish, dense flower formation, and tight internodal spacing. The result is a plant that maintains much of the Haze character, while improving control and structure for the grower.

The Hybrid: (ON Haze x Original Haze) x NL#2

Expect a wide range of tropical expressions, with enhanced branching, structure, and earlier finish windows thanks to the NL#2 influence. Most phenotypes show a strong Haze profile—spice, incense, citrus, metallic haze—layered over tighter architecture and faster bloom cycles. Resin content and terpene intensity are standout features.
