Q: Is the website open 24/7?

Yes! Place your order and you will receive an email and invoice within 24 hours or ASAP.

Q: What are your office hours?

Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.

If you send us an email over the weekend, you will not hear back from us until Monday morning when we get into the office.

Please be patient and we will get back to you.

Monday through Friday: 9am to 4pm Pacific Time

We ship all packages immediately every Wednesday.

Q: What is the process of payment?

Please complete your order by selecting to receive an invoice when you are checking out. 

You will receive an email with information on how you can pay with any major credit card if you are ordering from within the United States.

If you would like to use cryptocurrency simply reply to the email and let us know which cryptocurrency you would like to pay with and we can send you over payment information for whichever coin or token you would like to use. 

If you would like to mail in payment, simply reply to the email we send you and let us know and we will send you information about how to do so.

(We are not currently shipping internationally at this time.)

INTERNATIONAL: If you are ordering from outside of the United States, we will send you an email with information on how you can pay with either cryptocurrency or by mailing in payment.

We will not process credit cards for international orders.

Q: How long will it take to get the seeds that I order?

Orders are packed immediately and go out the following Wednesday after the invoice is paid.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5.00 

We use priority mail with tracking within the United States. 

You will automatically receive a tracking number from the website as soon as your order is shipped.

International orders are sent using first class international mail without tracking.

All packages of high value or going to a questionable delivery area will be sent with signature required.

Q: What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an invoice via email.

Q: How can I get my seeds shipped out immediately?

Simply pay your invoice ASAP. All orders that are paid go out the same day or very next day.

Q: How long after I pay my invoice will my items ship?

After your invoice is paid, your order will ship the following Wednesday, with holidays and weekends excluded.

We ship on Wednesday and you will automatically receive a tracking number after your order ships.

Q: Do I have to pay my invoice immediately?

YES! Please only place your order when you are ready to pay your invoice.

Please refrain from placing an order unless you intend on paying your invoice and receiving your seeds immediately.

Q: What happens if I do not pay my invoice?

Unpaid invoices are subject to deletion after 24 HOURS of non-payment and the order will be canceled.

Please don't take this personally, we do this in order to put back the inventory that is deducted from available inventory for an unpaid order.

If you need to cancel your order, that is no problem, just email us and we will take care of it for you.

If you need longer to pay an invoice, just email us and we will work with you.

Communication is key.

Q: When will I receive a tracking number?

After your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via the website.

Please note: we cannot use tracking for international orders.

Q: Will I get a notification that my package is out for delivery?

Yes, you will receive shipping notifications such as when your package is out for delivery.

Q: What if my package does not arrive?

We go by tracking, if your order does not make it to you we will send a replacement immediately.

If your order does not arrive, but it states that it was delivered via the tracking number, we would ask you to first take that up with your local post office and or delivery person. If you feel your package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact us and we will make sure the issue is resolved and you get your seeds.

Q: Is the package safe from rain or snow?

Yes, your package will arrive in a bubble wrapped plastic case with the seeds safely inside of a 30mm coin capsule.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Usually, yes, but not at this time.

Q: How long does it take to receive an international order?

Estimated delivery time is about 2 to 8 weeks.

Q: How can I store seeds prior to germination?

We recommend placing the seeds with desiccants into a humidity resistant container and place them in the refrigerator for storage.

Technically we recommend between 34° and 39°F in a humidity resistant container, such as a glass jar with desiccants inside to mitigate humidity.

Mel Frank personally prefers to use 35 mm film vials with desiccants in a refrigerator for long-term storage.

Q: How long will seeds last if stored properly?

Mel Frank has had seeds retain 100% germination after 24 years of proper storage.

Q: Are the seeds regular or feminized?

All of the seeds in the Todd McCormick collection are regular seeds.

Q: Do you take orders via email or Facebook messaging?

NO! This website is the ONLY way to get the seeds!

We are aware of scammers on social media platforms using the identities of Todd McCormick, Mel Frank, and others, trying to get people to buy seeds outside of this website and to make payments via cash app and other means, but that is not us.

We have been having an ongoing problem with Facebook being very slow to take down accounts that have stolen our photographs, content and videos.

Please be smarter than scammers.
